I am coming at this from a slightly different direction, Cheryl Kenlin referred this person to us. I have known Cheryl for over 20 years, she is a personal friend and one of the very few people I trust without question. Cheryl knows our requirements to help a family and would not refer someone to us who fell short of our criteria. This request has my support Proper Roger

If the Krewe wishes to change our mission or any other element of our bylaws, e.g. benefactor voting rights, it will require a motion which specifies the text from the current document will be deleted, and what text will be added. Or, if multiple changes are necessary, a completely revised draft document can be proposed. In either case it will require a motion, and approval by a majority of voting members of the Krewe.
