K13 Haunted Shipwreck: an All Hallows Eve Bash Krewe, We toured the Magnolia Room at the Fountain of Youth. A beautiful room with the opportunity to be indoors or outdoors. I have attached the working budget for discussion. We have secured a corporate sponsor for this event. The event will be Saturday, October 30 from 6 - 10pm. We will need all hands on deck as we secure silent auction items, table sponsors, set up and clean up help. (We have to clean up that night)
