I am all for reinstating Capt. Scar. I understand the struggle with medical issues after going through a Thoracotomy, and a hip replacement all in 10 months time. Sometimes life gets in the way no matter how big our hearts are and how much we want to give! Huzzah!!!

I am in agreement that fertility treatment is an elective procedure. I am in favor of assisting the family with some expenses after the outcome of a positive background check. I would not be in favor of assisting with medical expenses for fertility treatment.
