I am in agreement that this is a dire need, but I have some questions. How long has it been since Stacey quit her job to support Jason? How have they managed financially until now? If Jason's pension covers the mortgage, the mortgage payment is not a dire need. Also, how would us supporting the co-pays for 50 physical therapy visits, work? Are we commiting to pay the facility after each visit or would we get a monthly bill? How often does he go to the physical therapy? Are Stacey's surgeries schedule and what is her recovery time? When will she be able to work part-time? Is she planning on continuing this insurance long term or will she go back to a work insurance plan once she returns to the workforce? While I agree and support that this is a dire need in the moment, I don't quite understand the long term plan. Have they sought other government aid for some sort of long term care for Jason as his illness progresses so she can work?
