My father has a new, never been used queen-sized mattress and frame he does not need. do any of the people the Krewe is helping need this?

I want to sincerely thank everyone at the social yesterday for welcoming my friend Jill. She's going through a rough time right now and how you all made her a part if the day meant a lot. She had a great time and hopefully you will see more of her as a Swabbie. Again thank you all.

Just a reminder that this event takes place this Saturday from 11 to 3 and we are asking for help from the Krewe to support this first time event. There is no admission. Parking is on site. We would be there in garb representing, of course, the pirate life and letting people know about our cause. Many of you know I work at Spanish Main Antiques. Its owner Marc Anthony, his wife Jill Pacetti and ther business partner Darrell Miklos have donated items and been sponsors for many Krewe events. Jill is one of the organizers for this festival. She has invited our Krewe to attend. They would just like us there representing the pirate life. There will be many vendors, organizations and re-enactor groups in attendance. I hope you can help us out by attending this festival at Trout Creek on October 23rd from 11 to 3. Thanks everyone for participating in the vote for our newest Swabbies, Sonya-Lee, Larry and Phyllis. I've had a good time getting to know them and I feel confident that they can be great members of the Krewe. All 3 of them are enthusiastic about our mission and really want to contribute to our success. I also would like to mention that we have 2 new prospects you'll be hearing more about soon.
